The Ferndale Public School district is four square miles and includes the cities of Oak Park, Ferndale,
Pleasant Ridge and the Charter Township of Royal Oak and serves approximately 4,000 students each year.
Each one of the Ferndale schools has many wonderful, exciting programs to offer its students. The grade level schools are: Preschool at Grant, K-3 at Roosevelt Primary, K-6 at John F. Kennedy School, 4-6 at Coolidge Intermediate School, 7-8 at Ferndale Middle School, 9-12 at Ferndale High School, 9-12 at University High School and three Adult/Alternative Ed Sites.
