How long have you been in business?
Cybertech Recruiting and Staffing has been in business since 1995. Our current headquarters are in Plymouth, MI and we have satellite offices in Lansing and now Grand Rapids. Additionally, we have operations in Perrysburg, OH and Austin, TX.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is to provide job candidates to our clients (small, medium, and large businesses). Our primary expertise is in IT and Engineering (software, electrical, and mechanical). And we have expanded our services to include other career fields such as Technicians and Customer Service Representatives. We are able to conduct a recruiting and staffing search virtually anywhere in the United States (we currently have contractors working in about 10 different states).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The backgrounds of our leadership team include many years of experience working at Fortune 500 employers in roles including Finance, Marketing, Product Development, and IT. Our recruiting team brings additional experience and enthusiasm to the challenge of finding great candidates for roles with our clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Cybertech Recruiting and Staff represents a select list of clients from the Automotive, Insurance, Healthcare and Technology industries. Our goal is to solve our clients’ staffing challenges in a fast, friendly and cost-effective manner. And in the process, we aim to delight the candidates we come to know.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 5 locations (2014) including 3 in Michigan (Plymouth, East Lansing, and Grand Rapids), 1 in Ohio (Perrysburg), and 1 in Texas (Austin).

What type of payments do you accept?
Candidates do not pay anything for our recruiting and staffing services. Our clients pay for our services based upon negotiated fee schedules.
Which areas do you service?
We focus on the Automotive, Insurance, Healthcare and Technology industries. And we are certainly open to considering new opportunities with clients from industries not in the current list. The job categories where we can bring true expertise include IT and Engineering.
