What is your primary product or service?
High Energy Efficient Home Comfort Systems from Heating and Cooling Solutions and Solar Energy Appliances: pool heating, solar electric, solar hot water, solar hot air and natural daylighting tubular skylighting.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have been in the business so long it's hard to remember. We started with a local Fortune 500 solar company in the 70's. When they closed their doors in the 80's we bought their customer list and continued service. Those customers would have been orphaned without a solar company back then. We have always worked in high efficiency furnaces and air conditioners along with the solar.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are not new and have grown-up with the technology. In some cases we have trained the start-ups and are still training today. We don't compete for lowest price, while still competitive all our products and service is based on quality and performance. We have a wide variety of financing options and work with you from start to finish.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one main location, for local service and install locally. Around Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois we have a network of dealers and technicians that work specifically with us. We plan to expand our dealer network and move into formal training of plumbing and professional electricians.

Joe Napolitano is the Chief of Operations and Donna Napolitano is the CEO and manages sales, public relations, marketing and administration.
