I am also a licensed builder and the building business and home inspections are related, so doing inspections was a natural addition to the building.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Experience, thoroughness, attention to details, knowledge of all aspects of the building and mechanicals, we teach our clients about the house, maintenance, repairs etc. during the inspection.
