How long have you been in business?
McLaughlin's has been in business since 1952 with our location in Southgate. We have since opened up additional stores in Novi and Utica.
What is your primary product or service?
McLaughlin's is a full-service furniture store, with everything from bedding to home theatre. We are metro-Detroit's largest collection of American made furniture, and have something for everyone's tastes.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
McLaughlin's has a huge collection of American-made furniture. Our philosophy is there to help - our salespeople are around when you need them but not when you don't. Feel free to browse and ask when you have any questions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have three stores in Southgate, Novi & Utica.

Southgate: We are located at 14405 Dix Toledo Road, just south of I-75.
Utica: We are located on 45150 Utica Park Boulevard, offM-59 just east of M-53.
Novi: We are located at 42200 Grand River Ave, just west of Meadowbrook Road.

We accept all major forms of credit card, as well as cash and check. McLaughlin's also has several financing options every day.
Which areas do you service?
Because the wide triangle of our three stores, we offer our furniture to the entire metro-Detroit area.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Since furniture is a huge investment, we want every customer to say that we not only complimented their home, but their entire shopping experience. We want our customers to feel as comfortable coming into our home as we are theirs.
