How long have you been in business?
We've been in business for 22 years. First as Clear Communications, Inc. and then after reorganization as Crystal Clear Concepts.
What is your primary product or service?
Corporate training and consulting. The two areas of concentration include employee productivity and Lean process improvement. Specific areas of training include leadership development, effective communication, problem solving, team building, prevention of sexual harassment and workplace violence. In Lean process improvement we address specific industry needs in manufacturing, service and office.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After owning and/or managing numerous, successful businesses my partner and I were both asked to advise business associates about problems they were facing in motivating employees and eliminating waste in processes in their businesses. Because we enjoyed seeing theses businesses improve and prosper we opened our consulting firm to continue our efforts as a professional service.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are not training vendors who just provide training material. We are consultants that solve client problems. Everything we do is related to improving our client's profitability. Employee training should and can be measured. It should be justified by increased employee productivity and reduced costs related to improved process control.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We service local, national and International clients from one location.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
As a manager of a turnaround business, one of my employees thanked me for.... "Educating instead of terminating employees". That has become a selling point of our consulting practice. The cost of educating employees instead of replacing them is considerably less.
