How long have you been in business?
Exodus Computer opened up in May of 2,007 and moved to our Garden City location on January of 2,012.
What is your primary product or service?
Computer repair is the bread and butter of our company.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Exodus Computer combined the skill sets of two owners. Steve Lynn has performed computer repair and IT for over twelve years now. David Hotz worked in the customer service and sales industry for roughly 13 yrs. We pooled our skills together and came up with an impact company that could bring affordable high quality technicians and professional customer service agents together. We decided we could cut our costs to clients by not having an inventory or large store front.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Cost is the our best selling point, but we also have unique features other competitors don't have. Each client with have a customer service rep to handle all future business or complaints. We also have a 30 day service warranty and 90 day same as cash no credit financing. Our web site also have a custom pc builder so you can personally design your own computer. Did I mention cost yet? In many cases, our discounts and low cost services under cut our competition without sacrificing quality.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Garden City is our primary location, but we have plans to expand to Taylor next. In the future we hope to reach out to serveral cities.
