How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for 8 years. I started as a hobbyist and I'm now making this my full time business. I am also looking for people interested in joining my team as independent consultants.
What is your primary product or service?
Close To My Heart offers scrapbooking and card making products. They are excellent quality and include paper, stamps, inks and albums. We also offer an online product called Studio J.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been scrapbooking for many years and I was looking for a line of products that would help me and other scrap-friends create beautiful pages. It was crucial that they be easy to use and help me complete pages, not just buy supplies that sit in a box!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Close To My Heart offers innovative products that all coordinate. I offer workshops and crop events to scrapbookers who are dedicated and open to new products.
What type of payments do you accept?
I can accept online orders at http://scrapbookaddict.ctmh.com using Credit Cards. I also accept orders in person.
Which areas do you service?
I service the Detroit metro area including Dearborn, Taylor, Westland and Ann Arbor. With online orders, they can be shipped direct to you, so most any area is accessible, even out of state.
